Returns Policy
CLOTHING RETURNS
Returns can be made for a full refund or store credit (please note our return fee - $8.95 will be deducted) provided the returned item meets the following criteria:
Faulty Item
If your item has arrived with a fault or damage please email us at info@byspiller.com.au before beginning the returns process. An investigation will be opened into any faulty products before they are returned. If your garments are NOT deemed as faulty we will not accept a return. Please note: This does not include garments with extended or loose threads that can be cut off.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item, and sent back within 14 days. Prior to sending back your return please email us at info@byspiller.com.au
Please remember to include your name & order number otherwise we cannot issue you with a refund/store credit.
RETURNS ON SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS
Sale items are final and not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
EXCHANGES - CHANGE OF MIND / INCORRECT SIZE
If you wish to return exchange your items due to change of mind or incorrect size, please email us at info@byspiller.com.au prior to sending your items back.
